Core Power Yoga uses intentional movement and focus on breath to build stronger, more toned core muscles, as well as increase flexibility. This class will bring particpants to a new understanding of their bodies and the strength that resides within them. All levels welcome. Open Heart Yoga with Sara is a therapeutic yoga class focusing on opening heart and shoulders, building strength and discovering alignment in fundamental yoga postures. Gentle and restorative postures will be balanced with active strengthening poses. Modifications and props make this class accessible to everyone. All levels welcome. Mixed Level Flow with Ray Jayne honors the individual in a nurturing yoga framework using breath, visioning, resorative and therapeutic movement and relaxation. Expeience the joy of yoga and slip onto a fluid journey through the stream of consciousness. All levels welcome. Fusion Yoga with Jonathan, Fusion yoga is a dynamic combination of yoga styles. Hatha, Astanga, Kundalini and Vinyasa Flow mixed with elements of dance and martial arts with a strong focus of breath. Taught with a light heart and a gentle sense of humor, this is a strong practice that will challenge you which is also fun and always changing. All levels Welcome. Mixed Level Flow is an energetic class that synchronizes breath with movement. We'll draw from Hatha, Pilates, Vinyasa Flow, and other yoga styles. You will focus on breath and alignment while building strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. All levels welcome. Polynesian Dance will take you to the islands! Learn to tell stories with your hands dancing the Hula, burn off calories learning Tahitian, Samoa, Maori and the Philippine Bamboo Dance. Have fun and enjoy the soothing music of the islands with Joyce who danced in 7 Elvis Presley movies and has toured internationally. All Levels Welcome Rhythm Yoga Sadhana will help you achieve your yoga sadhana (practice) goals by using the rhythms of your breath, body, mantra and music as tools for self-discovery. Learn to practice in your own style, at your own pace and to safely enjoy the strengthening and healing experience of yoga. All levels welcome. Unwind Yoga is a relaxing way to wind down from the day. Deep, slow stretching and focus on coordinating movement and breath will help you release physical and mental tension. Learn to let go of the icky build-up of perpetual stress. All levels welcome. July Friday Night Yoga + Dinner Club is a great way to start your weekend! Yoga followed by dinner on our patio under the stars. Each week features a different instructor and food by local restaurants and caterers. Hugely successful last year and back by popular demand!
