BEGINNING ASHTANGA 

Alignment and breath is the backbone of a Ashtanga practice. Traditional primary series poses are done in the same order, every time. Great class for beginners or those who know the primary series. Expand and refine your yoga practice with exacting instruction that's also fun and exuberant. Modifications allow everyone to work at their own level and pace.

CANDLELIGHT GENTLE YOGA

A soothing, stress-releasing class and calming experience. A candle lit slow flow class designed to strengthen gradually and increase flexibility. Perfect beginning yoga class, or if you prefer a gentler practice. Salila creates a compassionate, non-competitive environment to honor your spirit with this nurturing, meditative practice.

MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA

Meditation can calm the mind, reduce anxiety and bring a greater sense of balance to our lives. Studies show symptoms of depression, PTSD, ADHD, ADD, HSP, are improved with meditation and pranayama  breath work (the direction and movement of breath to calm mind and body, aka breathing exercises). Being busy makes sitting still difficult, LaLa creates easy to follow meditation exercises, in this fun, light-hearted approach to a sometimes, daunting practice where everyone is welcome.  Help create more ease in your life during these troubled times.

YIN YOGA

This class uses floor postures that are held longer, allowing you to relax and linger in a pose while muscles soften and move closer to bone, connective tissues and fascia are nurtured, channels of the meridians, nerves + circulatory system are energized. Calming + balancing, Yin Yoga takes you on a deeper journey into awareness of your inner silence and mindfully living your life.

YOGA OF AWARENESS -  TRANSFORMATIONAL TEACHINGS TO CONNECT WITH SELF 

Have you ever wondered how to take your yoga beyond the asanas? How to continue your practice off the mat? If your answer is yes, this class is for you! Start with simple, relaxing stretches and re-centering meditation. Then delve into traditional Yogic wisdom by studying basic texts as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita.
